Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship via United States Postal Service  or United Parcel Service.  Shipping and handling charges on Paypal are calculated according to the total value of only orders shipped to destinations in the United States.   International orders must be placed by filling out, then faxing or mailing the order form found here. The shipping and handling charges will added when the actual charges are known. You will be informed ahead of time via email what the charges are.

Shipping Charges For United States Destinations Only

• $.01 - 15.00: add $4.50 shipping.
• $15.01 - $35.00: add $6.00 shipping
• $35.01 - $50.00: add $7.50 shipping
• $50.01 - $99.99: add $9.00 shipping
• $100.00 and up: add $12.50 shipping

We will ship your order within 3 -5 business days after it is placed.  If there is an item that is out of stock, we will contact you to give the option a) to hold the entire order until the item is back in stock or b) to leave the item on backorder for later shipment.

We are happy to accept returns.  To make a return, please send a copy of your original invoice.  The item must be in it original container or bag and in its original state.  You are responsible for the return shipping.  You may choose a credit on your credit card or an exchange for merchandise. Sorry, no cash refunds.

We do our best to make sure that there are adequate materials in our kits to complete the project.  However, sometimes we goof (we are human, too!).  Please contact us at ava@terrisyarnsandcrafts.com and tell us exactly what item of what kit that you had problems with and we will send you the additional material at no charge.
